Have you heard the story of the Shoe makers kids ran around without shoes?
Well I've been so overwhelmed with my new account with BMW, full time employment, and private clients that I have no energy for my car/baby. I literally wanna pay someone else to clean it, well not that bad, but it's hard to keep it up with so much going on. I knw I need to "lead by example" so I just want to knw if I'm alone?
 
Nope Im there with you. When I look at the garage and see my car that needs TLC or a car that Ill get paid for... Ill take the money. The most TLC my car has gotten is I sprayed it down at the DIY car wash. I didnt have time to actually wash her.

Same here! The truck and daily got coated with Opti-Coat for that reason. Before that, spray wax and no polishing ;) just too busy...

... But I'll take too busy over not busy enough anyday! Glad you guys are keeping busy!

Yep! I'll be doing the same thing come spring. Just have to get the time to do a full correction on my truck before coating it.
 
You're not alone. It's funny to me when I drive up to a client's house and they see my dirty car. I can already imagine what they're thinking. In fact, because of the recent rains we had here in L.A., I didn't wash my car for about a month. Longest ever. Oh and it needs a polish.
 
I hear ya man. That's exactly why I can't own a new car, ha. If I bought a new car, I just wouldn't have time to clean it. That's why I'm cool with my 99 Civic, ha. It's a decent little car, good on gas, and not cosmetically perfect. So, I don't care all that much.

I do keep a good coating of sealant on, and try to spruce up the interior every so often though. But, when it comes down to it...I'd rather be getting paid!! :cheers:
 
i am the same way and i think it is cause my car i can and do all the time and i just get bored of doing the same car all the time.
