Great story but I was expecting an unhappy ending.

Generally, the only time a customer made it a point to stop by was to express disappointment. Rarely these days does someone take the time to stop by and express additional thanks and satisfaction...:props:


Bingo. You'd never buy a car if you let forums and 'common problems' dictate your purchase. Far more people spend energy complaining than they do praising good work... unless it is REALLY REALLY good work.

I'd bet these people had gone to detailers in the past and got a quick job done and it looked 'pretty good'. It seems, with detailing (from my perspective), it takes a LOT more time to make it a LITTLE bit better. Some people appreciate that, and others probably don't.
