This was a quick detail I did a few days ago. This guy owns a local trailer store which is also were my buddy works lifting trucks, he actually did this suv a while back. This thing was huge and black, and poorly kept, thankfully I didn't have to do an all out detail, still I washed and did a quick pass with Megs. Cleaner Wax and my DA to take out some of the dullness, still full of swirls, but looks a lot better than before.

Process:

Washed: NXT, New Wave APC, Foam Gun, Cobra Bone, Cobra MF Scrub Pad

Polished: Megs. Cleaner Wax and Green Edge Pad on 6 with DA

Waxed: Pinnacle Soveran x 1

Wheels, Tires, and Wheelwells: Eagle One Wadding Polish and Megs. Hot Shine Spray and Ardex Speedy Brightener II

Windows: Hit them real quick with da then Stoners IG

Interior: Sorry no pics, but I used Megs. 40 and Lexol Leather Dressing, cleaned the carpets with water/woolite mix, Stoner IG on windows.

This is what I was able to accomlish with the Megs. and Da, the left side of the tailgate was polished and the right hasn't been done yet, I was pretty impressed with Megs. Cleaner Wax.

Thats it for this one. Hope it looks good.

AG ROCKS!

Awsome, I want that truck :righton:, looks like he definitley uses it as nobody throws a rack up top for spare tire that doesn't go offroad.

Very nice! That's one huge SUV. Looks like a diesel tailpipe. No markings on it though. Was it the V10?
Megs Cleaner Wax did a nice job. I still have a bottle of it, unopened!

LOL, That first "after" pic makes me guess that the driver doesn't like his picture taken. :p

Look real nice!!

Next time you see that vehicle ask the owner how he likes the ride on his truck. We started building the shocks for fabtech about 18 months ago and I've yet to talk to an owner of them - I'd be interested to hear what he thinks

Its a diesel with plenty of motor work, it can hold its own for its size. I would definitely give the Megs. a try, I usually use that or any other cleaner/wax I have at the time for my wash and wax jobs just to make the paint look a little better, then I put whatever wax I want on it.

It rides like a cadillac, fabtech has to be by far the best suspension lifts on the market, ecspecially the dirt logic line, like whats on the suv, that coil over setup in the front in massive in person and weighs a ton, but it looks bad as and extremely functional. By buddy that lifted this truck has been doing it for ever and highly recommends fabtech to all his customer, he has it on his truck and all my other friends have it to. They seem to be the only suspension lifts that actually last.

Awesome work, I know you work your butt off, even it was just a quick detail.

Funny thing is we build units for Fabtech, BDS, Explorer (etc, etc) and then our own Rancho line

We also build racing shocks like Afco.

Thanks for the feedback!

I've been using Megs Cleaner Wax since I've been waxing cars (about 8 years) and I've loved it's results for an OTC wax.
