Jeep GC polished aluminium wheels

Had a search of the forum but couldn't find a definite answer.

I've just bought a new Jeep GC (UK model) which has the 20" polished aluminium alloys.

I'm about to do a winter prep and looking at coating the alloys with a ceramic coating.

I'm going to do a detar and decon first and assume the alloys are clear coated but can anyone confirm?

I'll be using a fallout remover on them and looking for any advice or pointers before I start :xyxthumbs:

Rub the rim with wax or polish.If your rag turns black there not finished alloy clear.If there raw I personally would wash with soap and water and just wax them or hydro 2 .
