Hello, my name is Jeremy. I am from Northeast Wisconsin right between Milwaukee and Green Bay. Just turned 40 and have a 2.5 year old son and a 9 month old daughter! Fatherhood is amazing and I love it, but very busy as some of you dads/moms can relate to
I have a passion for detailing and have been detailing for a very long time. I can actually remember waxing my bicycles as a young lad. Just last year I started doing it on the side part time for customers and was super busy and very successful. The same holds true for this season. My mission is for every customer to be 100% satisfied and be a returning customer every year! So far that has been the case. I am booked up right now until the end of June with work. My goal this year is to become more efficient. I treat every vehicle like my own but being very particular, I need to find a happy medium. Keep the quality of work, yet speed up the process. I don't believe in doing anything in life half assed.
I have been using CG products for a long time now but since I found this site, I am going to start transiting to AG! In my opinion the customer service at CG is sub par. To me CS is one of the most important things to running a business. I like the selection here, and more importantly, the activity level on the forum! I hope to contribute to the forum!
