OK, today we have a lot of John Deere's. It's time for the farmers to put away their tractors for the year and most want them winterized to prevent damage.

First up is a 2002 JD 7410 (120hp) for my cousin down the road. Funny story, the girl in the picture loves John Deere's as much as I do, so I took her on the 10min ride to my detail shop and she had a blast! :)

Washed with Duragloss
Interior vac'd and protected with Natural Look
Tires with Poly-Pro
Paint with DP Final Gloss

Interior with Natural Look and SC glass cleaner
Exterior with XMT360

You make those Deere look good. Fun to see. Thanks Brandon.

a few more pics please:) The one with the things on the wheels reminds me of Mad Max for some reason!

Looks like a lot of money there for those machines----you've got them looking good for farm equipment!!

WOW outstanding job on all of them! :applause: How long did it take?

Wow thats a BIG job, great work on those "green machines".....

Excellent post. Let's me wax nostalgic. I owned a 1978 4430. I had to feed cattle with it everyday. i sure wish that you were around then. I would have loved to see my tractor cleaned up like the ones you posted. Especially after I got done feeding cattle. I assume that these tractors come from a grain operation. It does not appear that they went thru to many feedlots. LOL!

Damn great job. I thought my Cadillac was a big detail, HA HA !!!!!!

Ha, they took 7hrs to do, long long long day for me. Ended up being about $150 a detail, but considering that the sprayer is worth about $90,000 and the 2 7820's are worth about $120,000, it's cheap insurance agains aging.

Ha, 4430, I love that tractor. Nah, these are tobacco tractors, full of nasty sticky 'bacca gum. No poo though.

Ya, the 4430 had a round glass front door which allowed easier access in and out . At least as far as I am concerned. It was the best in its day. I haven't sat the seat of a farm tractor in almost thirty years. Things change as the years pass, I guess.

Cool looking JD's Brandon. That 6700 looks like it will have a better top end because of the aerodynamics LOL.

I used to drive a JD "B"...then a 60..now that's old! I still remember that B almost ripping my arm off hand starting off the flywheel because I forgot to open the compression petcock.

Nice stuff. We've got a lot of monster stuff out here in Totoland. Big wheat country.

MMM, I love B's, have to have electric start for me though. :)

Yeah, I love big stuff like this, it's really really cool for me.

Eb: I think my wife done run off with the tractor salesman!

Jeb: How did you know that?

Eb: She sent me a John Deere letter in the mail yesterday! :D

I'm in John Deere heaven, love all of the pics. I need to do mine!
