hi everyone,

i used ccs 6.5'' white pad+menz final polish with udm, dial to 5-6 speed and run on the paint. while i rub the UDM slowly i can feel a vibration like it tried to jump which made me control UDM harder while moving. I tried to release the presure on the head of UDM but it didn't help. i also tried to reduce the speed from 6-5-4-3, however, I still felt a vibration. So i gave up working.

I changed the pad to ccs 4'' white+menz final polish instead. i polished again and noticed it was working fine as usual.

My question is; when i used with ccs 6.5' orange pad it worked very well (no vibration), but why the funny vibrating & jumping had occurred with the white pad?

If you have any kind of this experience, can u share with me. Thanks.

i may ask stupid question. I know the answer from myself today. I've another ccs white pad (ordered 2 white pad), i try to use another one with the udm and polish again i woudering that it working as usual no vibration.

i think have something strange on my pad??

This is an obvious answer, but are you sure you had it properly centered the first time?

I would send it back and get another pad. Maybe Autogeek can tell you what is wrong with the pad.

yes fist time that felt a virabration i check the center of the pad but it properly centered.

I've no result with a strange pad but with another one i can see the result. after i wash and dry them completely. i notices the weight of the pads is not equa, a strange one is much heavier than another one. but i dont know this is a cause or not. I'll send it back to AG & get another one. :D
