My business mentor told me to divide my business into 7 areas and put 1 hour everyday locked away in my office and think nothing but how to improve that area and narrow it down to 2 improvements and DO them......Man has it made a major difference...Just something i have done that might help someone....

Mel Craig will look him up bet my mentor has read his stuff smart guy it sounds like

I need to do that. I try to do that sitting in my shop at the end of the day lately. I look around and think a little and usually the phone rings about 10 minutes into it and my train of thought disappears.

Thanks for the tip, I'm going to try harder to do that. I have steady help coming next week and after he's trained I plan on doing a major overhaul of the shop.

So got your detailing business up and running charging $150 per hour?

Great tip! I do something similar now but having a set time sounds like good advice.

All I do is think about work! 24/7
EAT, SLEEP, DETAIL!
When I'm not rubbing on a car I'm blogging, reading, asking questions, researching, cleaning, repairing, etc.
My gf has to tell me to stop working and take some time off. Even then my mind is still thinking about detailing. Scratched up cars is all I see!
