JUST got back from the bodyshop!! Need advice...

I wish I could get the other bodyshop to cover costs... but when I say I work a lot, it's an understatement. To go to small claims, and potentially deal with the entire litigation proceedings and on and on, is that really worth my time, effort, and stress amidst a job change and a new marriage? I think from now on, using this as a HUGE learning lesson, I'm going to go to SOLID reputable business that can provide me with a written estimate and provide me with a portfolio of their previous clients... sadly, I think we all have to take these safe gaurds in today's day and time.
