Evening all...just joined the forum after receiving my new Cyclo...So far...this place is awesome! Looking forward to learning some tricks and of course getting a few answers/suggestions along the way.

I just retired from the Air Force after 28 years, live in the DC area and looking forward to detailing my toys...

Welcome aboard, and thank you for your service. I don't know too much about detailing yet but i am more then willing to give you tips on how to cook.....
 
Thank you dwengier77...could have used your help with the horrible chocolate chip cookies I baked last night...used course sea salt in the mix...it was like having dirt on your clay bar!!

Welcome aboard Don! I too thank you for your service. Be prepared to drink from the forum fire hose. It's a lot of info at once but one hell of a ride!

i only use kosher salt small to medium grain for cooking and baking. I have artisan salts for finishing the dish. If you need some help you know where to find me :dblthumb2:
