Just not capable or desiring to mess with the orange peel, plus I'm afraid to![]()
It's not that difficult. Just don't go to extreme. You don't have to remove it but rather lessen it. Most all cars have orange peel.
Take a panel a day and hit it with 2000 to 2500 grit. Most any polisher can remove those sanding marks and you'll see a big difference.
If it were me I'd do most of the sanding with a DA. Its a lot easier nod more uniform than by hand for newer detailers to do. Meguiars and 3M make a padded sanding disk which is designed to just flatten out the peel vs remove all of it. Highly recommended.
There are denim pads designed to do the same but I've never personally used them.
Sanding is sanding get a test panel and try it. Definitely stay within your comfort level but expanding your skill set is rewarding.
BTW I actually thought your car looked great but those thumb nail pics didn't really show any orange peel.
