I got the minis on the flash sales with 25% off, and I’ve been playing with them for the last couple days. I haven’t used paste wax in a long time, and I have to say, these are beautiful products. Paste isn’t even a good description... they are too smooth for that. Just very enjoyable to work with and awesome finish. I was getting bored with my sealants, so these should keep me busy for a while!

You have chosen well my friend. In a world of increasing use of coatings it is good to read a new carnauba wax thread.

We applied Wolfgang Fusion to this old Ford Pickup Truck back in 2011

That was an incredible project.

I don't ever see anything like these projects shared, documented and showcased on the Internet?

I completely agree, very nice to hear some beauty wax enjoyment. I just put a coat of Souveran on my new car last weekend and was reminded how pleasant it is with it’s smoothness, smell, ease and rich finish. Awesome stuff!

I’ll get some better pics later or maybe a walk around. Got done late. Still shots don’t really capture the reality of the finish... especially on the color of my car.

I tried both Fuzion and Souveran Paste wax and I like Souveran better! Agreed with you....IMO wax is still my favorite! Ceramic coating and sealants are awesome but I dig the wax!

I have used both Fuzion and Souveran over the past few years and I prefer Fuzion. More of a wet deeper shine and lasts longer. This is also on a BMW.

Those last couple preference posts are why I had to get both

I’ve been thinking of picking up a wax just for the looks. If it’s gone in a month I’m ok with that.

2 questions:

Cars coated with CQUK3, will it bond to it? I know it will cover up 3.0 protection but doing more for looks in summer.

Which one looks better on black?

I'll bet that new Polish Angel High Gloss wax would be a luscious choice and somewhat compatible with your coating.

Come on, you know you want to...

I have used both of these a few times and I like both. They both look amazing on black. The biggest negative for me with them is they are dust magnets, especially Sovereign. This is not a good thing with a LONG gravel driveway. lol
