Just purchased my LLC

Good luck. Winters are rough for detailing in this area. Your lucky to be able to work out of your home garage.
 
I do know that the winter here will be tough for detailing. Which is why this is not my primary source of income yet. Maybe some day.

I did just get notification that the state approved all my paperwork. I'm now working to build my website...god knows how long this will take me!

Congrats!

If I can make a suggestion regarding your website. I work in the IT field, however web design is not my thing, so I ordered a template that is designed by a professional company. It only cost me 60$ and it saves a lot of time when compared to designing your own website from scratch.

Thanks for the advice. I actually am building it through godaddy.com and a program they offer called Website tonight that basically allows me to build the site without using any html coding. So far it's working out pretty well. A couple bumps in the road, but hopefully I'll have my site up and running in the next few days.
 
Congrats! That was my next step after I decided the name of mt business. The LLC keeps the biz and personal property seperate.

Thanks! That's exactly why I went with the LLC. It also allows me to file my taxes with my personal taxes which just makes all the paperwork easier. Of course I'll still be paying someone to do my taxes, but still.

With owning a house I couldn't risk getting sued and loosing my home. I'd much rather just loose what I've put into my business, which really isn't too much.

What about Showroom Shine? Is it already taken? Sounds like it may be a popular name, but who knows.
