klasse kit

I have the twins kit. It works well and I don't have any complaints, I'm glad I bought it. It's been around forever so there are a lot of threads if you want to read up on what others think too.

I like the AIO for its chemical cleaning abilities (protection it leaves behind is meh) but the KSG is really a cooler weather type product. You may have problems taking it off in the heat.

KSG is also a pure sealant with no carnauba. Some ppl don't like the liquid plastic look so they top it with wax...

thanks. guess i am just itching to try something new. but the current look of 845 is just WOW! not to mention the protection! i should just use what i have here up, before spending more. lol. i have the p21s paintwork cleanser. should do that followed up with a fresh coat of 845 or i do have a brand new jar of dodo juice supernatural hybrid wax/sealant. (now would be the time to try it out).

Both our cars have Klasse AIO & Sealant as an acrylic base now. I'm not sure all of the importance of the acrylic, but do know that you can use many different products to top it. I have topped ours with WG Sealant (both DGPS & Spritz). This is not a knock on Klasse but it is a little more plastic (yet shinny) than I like. WG amped it up to a look very very close to a nuba. To maintain the WG Spritz is unbeleivably quick and easy.

Just got the third coat of SG on my Jeep this weekend and it looks very good. People have been asking what "wax" I used. Each of the three coats were applied over the last few weekends as the Jeep is (now) a daily driver. It has seen rain and held up well. It has received rain that has dried on the vehicle and not a water spot one. I am a novice to detailing but in addition to the look, I really like the application of the twins. I done both as WOWO and had no problems as it was easy to do. I appreciate the lack of "powder" from the cheaper OTC items so I don't have to worry about staining the trim. As you might read, less is more for both. If you can see the AIO or SG, you are using too much. You will feel the smoothness of the SG as it goes on and let that guide you instead of looking for product to haze up. I am sure there are plenty of other quality products but you will not be disappointed with the Klasse twins.

BTW, it is a 2002 red Jeep with low miles and until recently was a garage queen taken out on sunny days only. The look is outstanding on the red paint.
