Klasse SG after IPA wipedown

I have been planning a full correction for this Spring on my father's '01 SVT Lightning, and because the truck is no longer garage kept I have been debating between a coating or Klasse SG. I have the Klasse and no caring experience, so....... Do I have to use Klasse AIO before laying on the SG, or can I use an IPA after the polishing stage and just go directly to SG?

I'd much rather use K-AIO, than an IPA wipe-down---any ol' day of the week---prior to a K-HGSG application.

Agreed.

While IPA is cheaper, KAIO was designed to clean the surface and bonds well with KHGSG.

IPA is a very poor lubricant. It'd be a shame to do all that correction and get a bit of towel marring using IPA.

Thanks for the feedback. I figured I would ask as it could potentially save time, but then again with a full correction what is an extra hour of time to do the job correctly?
Time to research some coatings...

Klasse All-In-One is a great cleaner but it doesn't contain abrasives. Klasse All-In-One uses chemicals to remove oxidation, grime, and staining from the finish then leaves behind a protective sealant.

Klasse High Gloss Paint Sealant was designed to use after their all-in-one product and in fact, they were designed as a duo to be used together....

Use an Orange light cutting pad or White polishing pad with the all-in-one. Personally I prefer to spray Klasse High Gloss Paint Sealant as a light mist then buff with a microfiber towel...
