I have used the Klasse Twins on a couple cars in the past and while the results was very good, I believe that because the colors were white and pearl respectively, I never developed an appreciation of what this combo could achieve.
So yesterday I had a chance to detail my fathers truck with what I would consider hammered paint. Swirls, rids, holograms, scratches, you name it. (Forgive me as I made the number one mistake of being a good forum member..... I didn't take before pictures.) While the paint needed a good 3-step, I simply did not have time, so I went for the twins.
After a two bucket wash with Dawn dish soap and ONR, and a quick clay, I armed my PC with a white Lake Country CCS pad and went to town with the Klasse all-in-one. After topping with one coat of Klasse SG, I pulled the truck out of the garage and was blown away by how much correction I got out of such a simple process. Haze on the headlights was cleared up, swirls and holograms disappeared, etc. It will really keep this 'ole girl looking good until I can do a proper correction.
