Kompressor pads

I was interested in the 6" Kompressor pads with the Flex 3401. Has anyone used this combo.? If so what are the advantages over regular LC pads?

I use them!

The Kompressor pads are made up of a series of slices one the pads face. I like this design because it holds more product and allows me to polish with more surface area than a flat pad.

I was affraid the product may get caught in between those slices

I've never had a problem with this and like them on both my Makita rotary and Flex 3401. Just as a note; I use the 7" on the Makita rotary and 6" on the Flex.

probably my favorite combo. flex with 6 inch compressor pads. note i clean them with a quick wash in dawn power dissolver. does a nice job on the sipes.

I think I'm going to try out the 6" with my new Flex. No blue though, I use the blue LC pad alot.
