Here's a good thread for you to look at. It has pictures of the two polishers side by side so you can get a very good idea in the difference in size.
The PE14 is slightly bigger and longer and also a tiny bit heavier. It's also quieter, has a better range of speed, doesn't overheat, and is much more ergonomic.
