Ladies can detail too!


I love this picture, it shows Mel, a detail business owner that attended my last class using the Flex 3401 to remove swirls and scratches out of a flamed, 1940 Chevy Chopped Sedan while all the big strong guys watch...

At our Detailing Boot Camp Classes, whether your a gal or a guy not only do you gain new skills and learn a ton of information but you also have a lot of fun and make a lot of friends.

I have no doubt that they can... only question is will they
If I can get my wife to detail my car... now that would be gold!
 
My ex's sister used to pull out the Craftsman 10" orbital, their polish and wax and go to town. Her name is Mel too! She kinda got me back in the game.
 
Amazing the things they can do with computer generation these days.

Actually that's pretty cool. I wish more women were into it.

Actually I think you're a special awesome evolution of that breed. We had heavy rain today and when I mentioned to the girls in my office that their cars had no beading and needed a little help they just looked at me like I was speaking Greek.

Very cool. My wife and I are equal partners. I do exterior, and she does interior. We will be attending a weekend class next spring. We can't wait!!

Your a lucky man, I had my lady do the interior of my car. 5-10 mins later, she walks away and I hear a vacuum.

I say "What are you doing?" She says "vacuuming"

She went inside to vacuum the living room haha :/

not trying to be a sexist, but this reminds me of the we can do it posters from the war efforts. Good that woman are trying a usually mens hobby

Thanks- I am pretty lucky. She's a former Marine from Tennessee who also works on cars. So she can shoot, cook, fix and detail cars...... Oh the $ I've saved over the years!!
 
I caught the DO (Detail Oriented) disease when I finally got a car I loved. I knew there had to be a better way to wash it than dishwashing liquid and bath towels. Boy was that a long time and a lot of dollars ago.... Lately I've been too busy with life in general to remain as active on here as I used to be (or would like to be), but I still check in from time to time. Once it's in your system, you can seem to get rid of it!
