I've got an embarrassingly girly question: How do you keep your hands and fingernails from looking like a mechanic's after a day of detailing? I've tried various gloves, but none that have worked or that I liked. I've resorted to bleach and a nail brush, but then my hands are so dry they hurt. At work, I'm often in front of a group of people, and though I'm not prissy about it, I am a little self-conscious about having man-hands. Any suggestions or recommendations?
