LC Hybrid pad cut vs. Flat pad cut?

Has anyone had enough experience with both of these pads to know how the cut compares between the styles and associated colors? I am trying to figure out what hybrid pads I should order with my Flex 3401. I already have a bunch of orange, white, and black 5.5" LC flat pads.

It looks like they use different colors for each set of pads...so I am assuming an orange hybrid pad is a heavier cut than the orange flat pad. The yellow pad for the hybrids is a polishing pad vs the yellow pad for flats which is the heavy cutter. :confused:

If I had to make a small comparison chart I would do the following. Does this seem accurate, or are they different enough not to compare the level of cut? (assuming same compound/polishes are used).

Code:
Hybrid pad		Flat pad
Orange		=	Yellow
Blue		=	Orange
White		=	White
Yellow		=	White/Black?
Black		=	Black/Blue?

I am using the following links to compare:
Lake Country Hybrid Power Finish 5 Inch Foam Pads
Lake Country 5 1/2 x 7/8 inch Beveled Edge Foam Pads, buffing pads, Lake Country curved edge pads, polishing pads

I appreciate any help!

Todd Helme has a great chart that compares all the Lake Country pads against each other so it's easy to compare. I would check at AutopiaForums.

Thanks, I think I found it, that helps a lot. I also found this note in regards to the Hybrid pad chart:

Note: Compared to other Lake Country charts, this chart has an additional level of aggressiveness. This is because the Orange Hybrid Power Finish pad is the most aggressive polishing foam pad from Lake Country. The Blue Hybrid Power Finish pad is slightly less aggressive than the standard yellow formula

Which invalidates my ghetto chart, since orange hybrid is a more heavy cut than original yellow.
