I've got a pretty good collection of pads now, but Im interested in some Hydro pads to try with my M105. My question is have you guys seen a big difference in these pads and do you still prime them the same way as say a normal orange pad?

I haven't used them with 105 but with Menzerna polishes they work amazing(cut well and finish great). Priming is the same but you use less product to prime and I find myself using less product during the buffing cycle. They don't hold up as well as other pads tho but the performance is better. Just my findings.

I love them ... with only three versions, its quite easy to determine which pad to use too.

I will not but any more of the cyan hydrotech pads as they did not last me any time at all.

They are very much worth if. Ive only used them with the rotary and they produced awesome results. i dont know if they would produce the same results on the DA but i say they are worth it. I bought the regular ones but i will soon be ordering a bunch of the low profile ones. :xyxthumbs:

I love them! They finish down better and cut faster than the regular lc foam pads. The cyan pads down't last terribly long but if properly cared for (switch out, cleaned properly, and completely dried) they last plenty long enough for me. When I run out I might give the B&S a shot

They are some of my favorite pads. Like killer said its easy to pick a pad when you only have three to choose from.

The cyan cuts better than the orange lc pad, but finishes almost like the white pad. The tangerine also cuts greet but will finish lsp ready. The crimson pad is also great for finish polishing/jeweling.

The best part is that the pads really do keep more product on the face so you end up using less product. The only downside is they tend to not last as long as traditional pads, but I think they work so well it's worth keeping a few extra on hand.

I have mixed feeling about these. The cyan cuts very well an will leave a good finish.

the tangeraine, depending on the paint i have trouble finishing down. Mostly on the soft honda paint.

All in all the are a decent pad, you will us less product witch is always a plus.
