LC purple foamed wool broke???

I was wet-sanding a black ford lighting yesterday . After the 1500/3000 was done I was using a LC PFW 6 inch pad with menz power gloss compound via rotary and the Velcro came of the pad. It's the first car I have used this pad on. Has this happend to anyone else??
 
This happened to me many times especially with the flat pads.

Lake country certainly needs to improve the quality of their pads, period.

i also had it happen, but i thought maybe i just got it too hot and the glue let go or something.... i wrote it off as it was the first wool for a DA i had used
 
If you complain they give you a few pads gratis and that's it .. problem solved.

How about many other users who are facing the same problem?!?

Hopefully a new brand with quality products will emerge in the near future.

it worked good in the first five minutes, just long enuff for the test spot...
i love all my lc ccs foam pads, so i dont think think bad of them... but maybe the purples need a touch more R and D ? not mad as it was free with the pads i bought
 
I've dogged the 4" pads to death on my Cyclo, no problems here. I love them.
