Leaky 303 sprayer

Update, contacted 303 but have not heard anything. I probably need to try again :/

Griot's has THEE best sprayers on the market for their products, its not even close Leaky 303 sprayer

Agreed, but their customer service can be flaky.

They sent me a new sprayer when one of mine failed. Points for that.

But when I had an issue with their product leaving white spots on the interior of my car, they told me to buy more griot's products to try to get them off. I was pretty peeved.

Ditto....I contacted them on the 24th or 25th of last month, haven't heard anything either.

Wait, they told you to buy a competitor's product

I just used their Graphene Spray Coating for the first time this past weekend......and the sprayer leaked on that too

I'll send my contact another email but I encourage you to email or better yet call them. This product is really impressive but a leaky bottle ruins the experience, makes a mess and wastes products, nobody wins there

I think he saying GG's customer service is flakey? :dunno:

Exactly. Sorry. It didn't quote the original post correctly. Griots cs told me to buy more griots products to fix something their product did :/

They know exactly what they are purchasing. They weighed pushback from customers due to sprayer failure versus cost savings. Saving money won out. Risk management.

Actually I'm sure you guys as avid detailers are much more sensitive to spray bottle quality than the average Joe that purchases 303 product from Walmart.

Duragloss is another one that should up their spray bottle game. Virtually every Duragloss spray bottle product I have has been transferred to an aftermarket bottle for either the sprayer or the bottle itself failing.

If your trying to compete for customers in big box stores your going to have to cut every expenditure to the bone to compete.

Based off of all of this I'm counting my blessings that my Launch Edition of the 303 graphene spray coating bottle ISN'T leaking

After a couple attempts, I finally reached a customer service rep. Here is what they said:

About the sprayers, we are aware of these concerns and trying to secure a different source. Due to the current conditions (pandemic and material sourcing), securing a new vendor is a bit difficult at the moment.

They're sending me new sprayers. Hopefully not the same ones as the old, but I'll just replace them if they leak again.

At least they're sending new ones. That's pretty good CS

I wanted to provide a picture with updates but the forum software was not having that.

I spoke to their customer service and patiently/anxiously awaited the new sprayers. 3 days after they shipped they arrived on my doorstep- brand new bottles of aerospace and fabric guard. Awesome!! Thanks 303.

I also pointed them to the direction of this thread to let them know others are having similar issues, which I am sure they already know.

Good to see a company that stands behind their product, unlike my experience with griot’s :/

How much leaked out of the bottles with the defective sprayers?

I'd say at least a quarter of it. Every spray would cause drips on my hands. At times it seemed more dripper out than I sprayed.

Well ofcoarse it would've been better had they not leaked but now you've got 1 and 3/4 bottles of each product
