leather assistance

so i put 2 orders in this weekend and looks like it was not enough.

I cam across this issue yesterday and not sure how to correct it other than i know i need to make another order. But first, any recommendations how to correct this? As you can see it got worse after trying and cleaning it with leather cleaner. I have no clue what it is.

its on a 2010 cts.

From the looks of the photos, it appears that the coating/color on the leather had worn off in the spot, and that you have rubbed off even more of it in the attempt to clean it. If this is the case- it will require refinishing.

The leather/vinyl dye is coming off. If you have an automotive upholstery shop in your area they should've able to replace the section.
