Leather Care - Stitched Logo

How would you go about navigating the stitched logo in leather seats. Do you have to work around it or can you use a cleaner and protectant right over the top?

My wife's Explorer Platinum has embroidered stitching too. I used CarPro Leather coating on her seats, including over the "Platinum" stitching:

I'm a fan of Ultima Interior Guard Plus and it plays well with stitching. Also their interior cleaner works really well.

Just to follow up. Megs Rich Leather - Cleaner, Conditioner and Protectant had no ill effects on the stitching.
