What are you all doing to clean and protect leather dashboards? What about lighter colored stitching? Does the cleaner and conditioner darken it(the stitching)?

What are you all doing to clean and protect leather dashboards? What about lighter colored stitching? Does the cleaner and conditioner darken it(the stitching)?
It is for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit edition.
I am thinking something specifically for leather might be better? Even with some type of UV protection. My concern is that I have read where the adhesive on the back side of the leather "let's go" creating bubbles.
And yes GO BUCKS!
