Leather turning yellow after clean

What causes this? The rest is ok but just this 2 sections. Is there a way to fix this?

To me it looks as though the pigment (dye) is actually being removed.
Is there any chance these seats have been previously refinished?
What did you use to clean & how aggressive were you scrubbing?
I may be wrong but that is definitely what it looks like in my opinion.
If I'm right only repair would be to re-dye...
