Led lights on adjustable height base

Hey all,
i am in the market for a led light or lights that are mounted to a base that I can adjust the height from working on low cars, to pickup trucks. I will use this when polishing and sealing. I know some things are just expensive, but want to stay around $100 I think. What is out there?
