Is not possible that it actually smells WORSE than regular iron-x? It's like walking into a bathroom after someone who just tried one of those spray fresheners over their work and it is just an awful mix.

Thoughts?

Yup, I totally agree. It's pretty darn fowl.

Well, normal Iron X isn't bad at all so just use that. I never understand when people say it smells bad. I've smelled products that are a lot worse, Iron X is nothing.

I tried the cherry iron-x and my daughter and I agree that it smells bad and good at the same time. It's a lot better than the normal scented. Buy it by the liter; it's a whole lot cheaper that way.

When plumbers smell sewage, they say it smells like "money." When you smell iron-x, say to yourself, "that smells like clean paint."

I gotta say I disagree. The Lemon scented Iron X still smells foul, but the major difference is that it doesn't linger around like the cherry iron X.

When using the original Iron X, the front of my house and garage would stink for over a month. It would just linger around for what seemed like forever.

With the new lemon scented Iron X the smell if gone by the next or same day. And I can also store a USED bottle inside my house, which is something I would never do with the old formula.

Doesn't bother me too much...a nice lemon meringue sulfur aroma. Smells like death if you smell the bottle directly, but not so bad once sprayed.:)

Pep Boys has the Surf City Garage version of Iron X, I unscrewed the top to smell it. WOW I've never smelt Iron X but have heard how it reeks. This stuff was LETHAL! I thought the Meg's DUB wheel cleaner I bought smelled bad, which it does. But that SCG stuff was next level ghastly.

Thats exactly what we tried to do with IronX LS
its not only different scent, the formula and active ingredient is different and has less bad smell than the normal IronX,
please avoid sniffing from the bottle , as much as you cant resist it lol, but after spraying it round the car you wont feel the bad odor in the room , exactly as the guy here above wrote.
