I love them all just tioo many fools out on the road now trying to kill you

Ain't that the truth. Every time I swing a leg over and wait for a warmup first time out of the garage I pause and give some thought to all the things beyond my control that can happen. Then I vow to not indulge in any stupidity to tip the odds further against me.

Riding with your eyeballs swiveling like everyone's trying to kill you is a good thing as well. Because they are...

Sorry Megan..don't have the Harley I want yet...but I decided to work this process "backwards"...I am going to get the "biker chick" FIRST..then the bike..although..not sure which is more expensive? On second thought..better go with the bike...we all know the answer to that.

Even if the poll wasn't closed, I couldn't tick off any selection as none of them really apply to me.

Just curious on how many of you also have bikes!

I started riding motorcycles in 1975 and quit in 1977. Then in 1986 I got back into motorcycling and I've been at it full time since then.

Over that time period, I have bought 16 motorcycles; 10 Japanese and 6 BMWs. I still own 4 of them. Most of them were bought new and some were bought used. Most of them were dual purpose/dual sport and some were strictly street.

In the distant past, most of my riding was locally around the patch with a few longer day trips and the odd week-long tour. For the past 17 years, I'd be on the road for tours of three to six weeks.

And if you do post a pic if you have one!:Picture:

The wifey refused to ride on the back of my bike, so we have a pair. I have to believe the neighbors love when we roll out early in the morning for some fun. Both bikes have stage 1 air breather kits with Rush Cross Over Full system pipes and have been remapped with the screaming eagle super tuners.

I'll have to take some before and after pictures if I get to detail it.

Here is my story. In 2002 I purchased my 2003 HD Softail Standard. It was a great ride and I logged many miles. Here it is

Then my brother in law went and bought a 2008 Yamaha Raider and I went to check it out. I have to say that it was one bad ass bike. I sold the Harley on July 3rd 2008 and bought this bike on July 7th 2008

That is my story and I am sticking to it

Only thing better than one Harley is two (or more). My 1995 Sportster 1200 and 2002 Super Glide. My wife won the Sportster, but I had to pay "cold hard cash" for the Super Glide. Oh, she doesn't "ride". The Sportster was her gift to me. She won it on my 53rd birthday.

My 2005 Softail Deuce. Detailed with Blackfire products
exclusively. Prior to the Deuce my bikes in order of ownership
were a 1969 Triumph 650, 1974 Harley Sportster and a 1983 Harley FXE. Next up an Indian Chief w/sidecar so my golden
retriever can come along for the ride.

Sold my 2009 Buell Lightning and bought this in June. 2005 Triumph Tiger 955. Had it less than a week and did a 2500 mile road trip to Deal's Gap! :D

Well, here are a few pix of my Bike up-dated...this is my 1983 Harley-Davidson FLTC Custom with Custom CASKET Sidecar...hope you "DIG" her as much as I do:dblthumb2:;
