Lexus detail - any experience with this issue? (mechanical)

What year Rx350 is it. All Rx350 have a button in the glove box to disable the remote function of the pwr back door. I am a Lexus Tech. The modules that control the pwr back door are hidden from any kind of moisture you could throw at it during your detail. Let me know if you need any further information.

The lady never contacted me about it - So I chalk it up as no news is good news in this situation. But I do ALOT of cars in her office building weekly so I will check up on her this week. Thanks for the info man - if for some reason there is still an issue I will check the glove box out.
