Haven't had a vehicle this dirty for quite a while...every square inch was covered with some sort of dirt/dust/grime...there was even coffee stains on the headliner

Another superb video! Thank you for sharing it with us.

My only constructive comment would be that they seem dark with regard to lighting. I realize you are inside your garage for the interior cleaning and that makes it difficult I'm sure. Just a comment and by NO means being critical.

Also, what was the AC plug for hanging out of the lower front grill. Engine heater for winter maybe?

Great job on that Lexus!

Thanks for the video. Interiors like that one are the reason I bought a steamer

Thanks Paul! Yes the lighting in the footwells of the vehicle can be a challenge as I'm working inside my garage and is something I have noticed and been a bit frustrated by lately. It's partly to do with the lens I mainly use for these videos - a 28-70mm f3.5-5.6 as it's not the fastest (lowest aperature). I will have to try switching over to my 28mm f2.0 for those type of shots and hopefully that will help! I really appreciate the feedback on this!

Yep exactly - it's the cord for the engine block heater. Most vehicles sold in Canada have one as we have some pretty cold starts in winter!

I finally got sick of seeing everyone else have all the fun with steamers so I ordered my own :) Currently on the truck for delivery - can't wait to get home from work to play with it!

Do you use a blower to blow out all the exterior crevices, door handles, mirrors, lights etc..?
I use the Xpower A-2. Thing is a tank, and small
What steamer did you get? It will cut your time in half.

Yep I'll usually blow things out with my compressor, though some vehicles aren't too bad and I can get most/all of the water with my towel.

Those little wire brushes have flexible, yet weak, metal rods in them. Seems like they could come up with a better solution.

I really like how you used the small detail brush on the exterior wash and the interior vacuuming. I have one but rarely use it. I might break it out on my next detail and give it a try.

Great work!

I just did a 2007 Pearl White ES350 with a cream interior. The thing I liked most about this vehicle is that it has REAL CARPET!!! What a pleasure it was using a vacuum and things actually coming out of the carpets!!! lol. Nice vid man.
