Most any good LED light will do, but a cordless one make it easier to use. I have a Harbor Freight Underhood Rechargeable Work Light that is nice for under the hood. It has hooks on both ends for hanging, and is as wide as most engine bays.
For the interior I have used my knock-off Scan Grip lights, but recently picked up a pair of rechargeable LED lights from Amazon. They are about the size of a 'note type' phone, but are great for interior work. I used them last week while vacumming to see the footwells and under the seats, and the areas behind the 2nd row in a 3 row SUV. They have a 'kickstand' that allows them to be upright at different angles.
PM if you want specifics on them.
