Macdude: It's a shame that some have decided to ruin your thread with such negativity...

Please know that I (as well as countless others) enjoy your thread of automotive car delights... But I am sure you already knew that.

To be honest, I am surprised that it has taken this long for such ill to rear it's ugly head. We all know that when you are at the top of your respective game there will always be someone that for some ill reason wishes to knock you a step or two down.

I hope the mods step in and clean up all this nonsense

WOW! This thread has gone from one extreme to the other!! FWIW I'd like to say a couple things. My buddy (who got me onto this forum) and I have always talked about how much more amazing your work seems to look when using "eye candy" (high end cars) and whether you like it or not, that's just true, period! That being said, why not use a nice ride to show off your work, nothing wrong with that, I mean, if I owned a jean company I'm using Shakira or Inez Sainz to sell my product for sure "butt" i would expect alot of women to buy them. I know black 99' Riveria would look a bit out of place there but it would be cool to see an "average" car there though but then again, with that type of money invested into that whole deal, you've gotta re-coup your costs and the guy with the 99' Riv just isn't going to pay the money to have his car detailed there.

I liked the pics alot, looks like something out of the DuPont registry because the quality is 1st rate but this forum is all about process and product info and speaking of that, there's NO mention of what was used on the cars, how long the entire thing took and most importantly, what did it cost to detail them? Also, what did they look like before, that's what I love about the guys here on AG, they show the "before and after" and in some cases, it appears a small miracle (sorry to bring up religion here) has been performed and no photoshop can do that, atleast I don't think so. Speaking of process, how does it take that long to clean a wheel, inquiring minds would like to know!

Lamborghini's magnificent LP700-4, named "Aventador" after a prized Spanish fighting bull is a literal sight-to-behold with it's massive proportions and cutting-edge design. As with all Lamborghini models before it, the Aventador carries it's presence with a distinctive flair and panache that is almost always quite the opposite of the design language of the other Italian thoroughbred, the Ferrari. We take you on a brief behind-the-scenes journey as we execute our craft on the first Aventador in the country.

6907006466_17df914e6d_b.jpg

This being the first Aventador in the country and like most early appearances meant that we had to perform an extremely thorough inspection from the inside out and to blueprint crucial information like the paintwork thickness for a base reference of paint quality with future Aventadors and also to chart the gloss-level readings utilizing an instrument which measures both specular and diffuse reflections.

6907105522_2c4f7c6e37_b.jpg

It took the team a total of 7-days to flatten the course orange-peel texture of the original paintwork to a flawless mirror-finish. Imperfections were corrected and the paint burnished to an extraordinary-level of shine. As the Aventador is designed with many hard edges, special care was taken to mask the corners and edges to reduce premature wear on them. Our signature 12-step compounding and polishing system transformed the stock paintwork to a display-worthy finish.

The Aventador is indeed quite a sight to behold as it's massive dimensions and edgy design cues command attention.

The cabin upholstery gets treated with our proprietary 5-stage leather feed system which moisturizes the fine leather trim and seats with advanced UV-inhibitors to prevent degradation. The leather finish as usual, produces deep, matte colours and an unmatched suppleness.

The exterior and interior coachwork was then worked on to ensure a perfect delivery with the paintwork receiving a track-tested hydrophobic coating system designed to endure extremely high-temperatures for extended periods of time.

Our latest headlamp protection system was then fitted which protects the polycarbonate lenses with a 6-mil thick flexible film that absorbs stone-chip impact preserving the headlamps for several years.

All I want to know is when can I go visit?!

We've had a number of visitors from around the world. You're most welcome should you like to drop by but do inform us in advance of course! :)

How far out do you stay booked up?

It depends on the scope of work required. For complete restorations it could be up to a year ahead but for the different detailing requirements usually an appointment a week or two ahead is common.

We get to work on the Lamborghini Superleggera LP570-4. It's not only the most agile bull in the range but also the lightest at 1,340 kg(dry-weight). Offered in a limited color option, this example arrived painted in Arancio Borealis, a stunning pearlescent color scheme. We spent a week transforming this ultra-lightweight supercar into a display masterpiece. Working our way from the exterior all the way into the interiors to produce our Signature Series finish!

Here's some behind-the-scenes photos of the Superleggera going through it's detailing paces:

Non-carbon ceramics meant a fair bit of time was spent removing the hardened brake-dust and tar.

And here's the car undergoing testing after our proprietary track-use hydrophobic coating system is applied and fully-cured. It offers quite simply an unmatched paintwork protection system with the most minimum of care required.

Working with the large expanse of carbon-fiber meant extra-care as each carbon-fiber section requires thorough paintwork mapping and specific correction work.

Character. It's what epitomizes the rare Abarth Tributo Ferrari and in a day and age where manufacturers are rushing to meet the growing demands of consumers with safe, predictable offerings, this nifty tuned-up supermini certainly stands out! What started out as ultra-cool courtesy cars for Ferrari clients in Italy, it was eventually launched in limited quantities around the world. Inspired largely by the Ferrari 430 Scuderia, the 695 pushes out some serious performance from it's compact 1.4-litre turbocharged engine.
7185744324_d19e58b721_b.jpg

The exterior is as conceivably stylish as it gets. There are minute similarities between the Fiat 500(which is the base model from which the 695 was conceived) and the R50 Mini Cooper as famed car designer Frank Stephenson penned both models in addition to the Ferrari 430 Scuderia and the mighty Maserati MC12.
7185744118_69ea3717d1_b.jpg

We got our hands on the first and only(as of this entry) Abarth Tributo Ferrari in the country fell in love with her immediately. WIth less than a week to get her ready for delivery, we worked around the clock to detail the 695 inside-out.
7185741672_071990511e_b.jpg

From the distinctively Italian interior design to the every nuance of the vehicle, the 695 is extraordinarily special. And it makes certain you'll notice. We detailed the leather, interior trim and every inch of the carbon-fiber components ensuring a perfect delivery.

We've been busy working on several special restoration projects and also a recent television feature for our work on detailing. Updates have been a little delayed and we apologize for the wait. Here's a Ferrari 458 Italia that was detailed in a traditional Ferrari yellow shade called Giallo Modena. The client had specified a gloss black contrast on the roof of the vehicle and it immediately brings to memory the P4/5 Pininfarina one-off collectible that is owned by stock magnate James Glickenhaus. The Ferrari 458 is a remarkably precise supercar. It handles and pitches with unnerving immediacy. Having driven the 458 for short stints, it is truly a mechanical and engineering marvel. If there's any downside to this car, it is perhaps the level of refinement that it has achieved, which means it does lacks the abrasive, unrestrained feel of it's previous brethren, the Scuderia. Still, being Italian, the roar of the V8 will stir your soul. Such is the spell from Maranello's stable!

7185740806_76b4e1eb8b_b.jpg

We spent a week detailing the 458 into the display-worthy finish here.

7185739564_615e025015_b.jpg

The black interior with yellow contrast stitching really gives the cabin a futuristic ambiance. Coupled with our matte leather feed system, the result is a deep, rich finish without any shine or greasy residue.

The engine bay is the heart of the vehicle so it gets detailed as well...

The Blancpain Super Trofeo, Lamborghini's own one-make racing series where the fastest drivers from around the world compete against each other. It's no wonder that when Lamborghini decided to make the centerpiece of the Gallardo model-line, it chose the Super Trofeo Stradale name-sake and made the agile supercar lighter and even faster than ever.  Only 150 units built worldwide and we got to detail the only one in the country. Perhaps the most distinguishing characteristics of the STS would be the massive rear wing which comes from the racing series providing extreme downforce whilst being adjustable. The removable engine cover is made of dry-carbon and is nothing short of being breathtakingly aggressive.

7424796646_cafa46eb5c_b.jpg

But the most unique identity of the supercar is the special Rosso Mars colour. A deep crimson red colour which almost seems like blood.

7424798194_a970513f3c_b.jpg

This is Malaysia's one and only Super Trofeo Stradale, numbered 011 of 150. A collectible if you like.

We took an entire week bringing out the deep brilliant paintwork finish and countless hours ensuring all the carbon-fiber panels on the exterior and interior were buffed to perfection.

The Super Trofeo Stradale is wicked mean. And it sounds the part too. The exhaust rumbles and bellows like a crazed beast in stock form.

7424797332_8245429a55_b.jpg

The paintwork was typical Lamborghini and required expert compounding to level the paint shrinkage and to reduce the orange-peel texture. The reflections began to take clarity and sharpness after the paintwork correction was completed.

7185736810_852f0849c7_b.jpg

Perhaps the best view of the Super Trofeo Stradale yet...

The massive dry-cabon rear spoiler stands out like an inappropriate tattoo. Quirky, yet disturbingly necessary for it's own identity.

The cockpit is a hedonistic combination of rich Alcantara and carbon-fiber. And for any car enthusiast, this is heaven. We made sure we detailed it to look the part too ;-)

Being an ultra-lightweight, there's yards of carbon-fiber everywhere you can find inside the cabin! We utilized our range of specialized ultra-fine polishes to give the carbon-fiber an astonishingly deep shine.
