The second detail of the season brought this beat up black Lincoln. It had 60,000 miles on it but the paint looked like it had been through a war. I got the Flex light which is the blueish colored light in the pictures and it shows so much it is unreal. It was an exterior only. I went with Menzerna Fast Gloss on an orange pad and it turned the paint around. It probably got rid of about 80-85% of the damage. The rear passenger door and panel had been "repainted" and I use that term lightly. It had a lot of orange peel, had a haze to and dirt in the paint. I sealed it with Wolfgang Deep Paint Gloss Sealant. It came out looking pretty damn good if I would say so myself. Enjoy.

Beautiful work you sure know how to make a Lincoln look pristine

Would you mind to tell me/us how you did the engine?

I might take a shot at it myself?

BTW..nice job!!

Mike

P.S.- Its amazing how people cant judge how close they get to a curb to scrape the wheels..my wife now parks at least a foot away from all my screaming at her :)

Thanks. I used Megs Super Degreaser and agitated that with several different brushes. I sprayed it off with low pressure water. I dressed with Poorboys BnB and Megs Aerosol dressing for the places I couldn't get to easily

thxs buddy...

Did you cover anything up?...like electrical connections, fuse box, alternator..etc

That's the only thing stopping me

Mike

I normally don't on newer cars. I just avoid soaking anything electrical. Haven't had a single issue doing it this way.
