Liquid vs. Paste

Not the kind of depth you get with black and other dark colors, it's just the nature of the light colors to now reflect images as richly as dark colors.

For light colors, aim for gloss by getting the surface as smooth as possible...

Gloss comes from smoothness

:)

I hate white cars it has no depth
. by GoGoGoggans, on Flickr white paint it is the lack of color. But this is my best

With paste it seems to make the paint look Deeper, sharper, and better, but liquid waxI can usually hides light scratches much better.

Thanks for all of the info, guys! I've learned so much the past few months regarding detailing and should have my AG wishlist finalized real soon.

I've put together a list of "things to do" once my products arrive. Let me know if I'm right/wrong or have things in the wrong order.

And I've weighed the advantages/disadvantages of pastes and liquids and decided to go with Pinnacle's spray wax. Besides, it's a BOGO item. LOL

1. Optimum ONR for light cleaning. Duragloss car wash concentrate #901 for heavier cleaning.
2. Claybar (Meg's or Mothers or any suggested brands)
3. P21S Gloss enhancing paintwork cleanser
4. Pinnacle XMT spray wax

Sounds about right to you guys? Feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Mahalos once again for everyone's help!

p.s. About the Duragloss car wash. Is it difficult to remove the suds? I live in a condo without hose access and must rely on buckets of water to rinse-off.

I learn something new all the time from the experts to the noobs. We all know stuff and sharing that knowledge is wonderful. There are dirty cars nationwide and keeping them clean is technology, art, prideful, relaxing and therapeutic. NOW SEARCH THAT.
