For those who run a LLC business in Florida can I assume that if I am doing a Florida Limited Liability Company Filing that it is unnecessary to do a online Fictitious Name registration? That is if I am ok with having LLC at the end of my business name.
The best person to ask would be a acct I'm in fla ,I was a s corp then my acct changed it to llc .for tax reasons. You can call hr block to find out.If you meet with a private acct more than likely ,he gonna hit u up .
