I am curious to know where you guys setup your business. Do you work out of a building? Your personal garages? Do you lease a space? I know a detailer that rents out a bay from an automotive shop? He does great business.

I know mobile guys cant really answer but you can chime in as well.

Are you working out of your house? Some areas of the country won't allow you to run a business in a residential neighborhood.

Yes I operate out of my home and so far no issues so I think I'm alright for the most part.

No traffic. I think they are folks with a book of regular clients.

Your neighborhood must be more forgiving than mine. We have a neighbor that was doing classic corvette restoration in his 4 bay garage; nothing visible from the road. He was slapped with a $$,$$$.$$ fine. The key is to make sure you are 100 percent compliant.

Well my area is away from the highways but its off a side street but if a customer approaches mee in public ill offer to go to their house if they choose.
