Might have to check this out. How's it hold up in the rain (Seattle Detailer here) and the rain has set in for good :( and how many cars could you get out of one pack? Sorry if it's been convered in here, didn't have time to search through the whole thread :)

Easily a month in rain it will never look bad some of the high shine might fade but not crummy like many tire products look

thanks for all the great responses. Will try what you guys suggested.

I'm gonna try turtlewax endurance tire shine $12.00 bucks from amazon. Almost tempted to try on spare tire :-) before applying to whole vehicle

My go-to tire dressing is Meguiar's Detailer Professional Choice Tire and Trim Gel D163.

Long lasting, easliy applied, proper sheen. Perfect for the show car scene.

How would ever know about its endurance then, or its great looks for that matter:confused:

I own D163 as well and it is nowhere near to the durability of TW tire coating offers. Even Meguiar's Ultimate Black Tire Coating falls short of TW as well.

I'm conducting a test between DP & TW tire coatings in another thread and while DP is still holding up the TW is looking that much better.

Carpro Perl at full strength. Can add multiple coats for desired shine and longevity , water based, and NO SLING!

I've heard good things about this but I've had others try the TW and said it lasted longer than this Carpro Perl. Sounds like a good head to head test if you ask me

Can I use the Turtle Wax tire shine on white letter tires?

Have you used this?
Let it be known, that:

On 1-27-2013...I posted the following text:
(Note: Since then...
I've, once again, included Meguiar's M39/M40
to my dressing-of-tires repertoire.)

303 AP/Lexol's VinylX were usually my go-to's...
But below are the tire-dressings I've been using as of late:

I. Optimum Tire Shine/Opti-Bond Tire Gel...

II. Infinity Shield...
(A Tuf-Shine competitor with these certain caveats):

A.) For: 'Black-wall' tires

B.) For: 'White-wall, RWL, RWOL' tires.

Both I & II "Brands"...Made in the USA

:)

^^^:dunno:^^^

But I do know that:
For white letter tires...
You definitely can use this:

B.) For: 'White-wall, RWL, RWOL' tires.

You would have to be careful around the letters and if some gets on there...WIPE IT OFF RIGHT AWAY!

I use DP tire coating,

and I usually apply one coat, which comes out matt finish,
if i wanted to get more glossy look, apply 2-3 coats total.

+ it lasts
