So as per my other thread I am now onto the testing phase on my test hood. Testing waxes and sealants.

This is just the beading of them to compare. I will be putting the hood outside as the months get colder and really put it to the test, including washing intermittently. I will also update on this thread!

Collinite 845, 915
Unknown which i wont picture here because it has the name
Carpro Reload
Sonax Polymer Net Shield

Where's the beading from the unknown?
And is it the new wax that they are launching for SEMA?

I am real glad you are doing this and will be following.

But, why the secret one?

Subscribed.

I'm sure it's okay if you tell us the name of the "unknown". I mean you're just doing an objective, non-biased review.

Just because they don't sell it, didn't mean you can't post a review about it.

Thanks for the test. They all look too close to call one a better wax/sealant than the other.

Omg just tell us, so ridiculous to not be able to mention a product.

BTW the rules say no linking to a product off auto geek, doesn't say you can't talk about one.

All the talk about Chemical Guys products was allowed with no links and now you can buy their products here. Don't see the big deal about mentioning a products name.

Turtle Wax! See?

Product discussion and support should be limited to products we carry and sell on Your Car Wax SuperStore - We Are Car Care, Car Wax, Car Polish, Auto Detailing Supplies, Car Buffers & Car Accessories Store, Autogeek has hundreds of products to detail your motorcycle: cleaners, waxes, polishes, & more!, Pinnaclewax.com- Pinnacle Car Care Products, Wolfgang Car Care Products, Paint Sealant, Best Paint Sealant, Synthetic Wax, Car Wax, and Welcome to Diamondite® The Ultimate Glass and Plastic Care Systems.. This is kind of up to interpretation but the word "should" implies wiggle room right?

O an there is always the option to PM me.

Ok I uploaded 2 videos real quick while it was raining out to show some beading. On my Instagram link in signature.

It's ok to mention a non AG product or even include it in your review. It's the guys that do full blown non AG products with no links and think that is ok.:props:

Excited to see how this test goes!!.... I just started following u on IG.... Pulling for some solid results from SPNS, i just put it on my car after some correcting

Cool!

I agree. I will be following this. There are some really popular and solid performers in this line-up. On top of that, the tester lives in a very challenging climate as we go into the winter.

So this is to simulate a vehicle sitting outside ? Doesn't a lot of the break down of an lsp happen when driving it in different exposures. Like dirt, soot, fall out, salt, debris, spray up from rainy streets ?

Put the 5 week update on my instagram page.

PNS is clearly in the lead.
The waxes are doing fine so far
And Reload has slight hydrophobic properties but is lacking.
