So way does the sun bleach them with it's UV? Crude oil Texas tea. Google Man! =)
Just because something is "made from oil" doesn't mean it has "oil in it". If you squeeze a tire, oil doesn't come out. If you take the caps off your car battery and pour baking soda in there--it should still work, right, because the acid is still in there, right? Um, no...because you've changed the acid into something else (a salt).
"Oil" is changed into something else long before it's changed into a tire. And to answer your question, I believe the sun also bleaches you with its UV...are you made of oil?
