Thanks for the advice Mike, I google'd it and saw you once had 5 cases in your stable. What do you think of it? I wasn't gonna use it at first, but now I think I may.
 
I have been interrested in this product as well. You can get it now for 12.99 with free shipping. I had to try it as there have been so many positive reviews. Is it any better than 845 or 476(as far as looks or durability)?
 
I saw it turn up a while back at a FLEA MARKET. The guy had case lots that looked new but obviously were from a few years back. He was letting it go for $5.00 a can. I agree with Mike, I always have found it a little tough to take back off !

Have you guys used it? I'm real eager to myself. The girlfriend bought it for me to collect, but I definitely wanna use it now.

I've only used my tin twice; it's a great old-school paste wax but I personally feel that there are greater benefits to some of the newer waxes and sealants in my arsenal, so it hardly gets used.
 
This product went to instant stardom when VOC reg's took it out of our environment. I remember when it was just "ok" ... now its the Cats Meow. I keep a can on hand too.

How does the Mirror Glaze compare to the Newer Waxes of today. Like DoDo Juice, Souveran, Nattys, SwissVax, or any of the other products on the market. There are alot out there that are good. Even if I did not name them,don't want anyone to feel slighted! :props:

technically we should no longer be allowed to buy it in the States. It is not VOC complaint and Megs discontinued it in the States. Some is old stock , very old stock, and some is from outside the country. Thats what is so funny, its now more of a collector item.
 
So the only thing that makes it so great is because we "shouldn't" have it in the states anymore?

I wouldn't say that. M16 does have very good (above average) durability and isn't a bad looking LSP for some colors.

Just my opinion of course, but I think the main difference between the "old school" waxes and the newer ones is that the newer ones are easier to work with. Most of the new ones now are WOWO with some not even needing to haze. The newer waxes are also much more trim friendly. Most of the more popular older waxes have specific instructions (e.g. keep off trim, apply thin film, etc.) you need to follow if you don't want to spend all day and night removing it.
 
I use the DA to put M16 on, using a red ccs pad. Use it very sparingly and it comes off without a problem using something like an artic white mf. I personally think it has great looks, an incredible ball bearing like bead, and above average durability.
