Looking to pick up a paintwork cleanser on my next order. The purpose of this cleanser is to clean paint that has already been polished and remove any old wax so I can put a new or different coat of wax/sealant on, whichever I prefer. Right now, I am looking at these three:

Pinnacle Paintwork Cleansing Lotion
Wolfgang Paintwork Polish Enhancer
Four Star Ultimate PreWax Cleanser

Which one of these would be my best choice? I am looking for one that will not hinder the application of waxes outside that brand; for example, using the Wolfgang cleanser and applying Souveran, or using Four Star Cleanser and applying NXT 2.0. Which one would be more versatile with regards to its use in conjunction with other brands? Or is there another one I should be looking at perhaps? Thanks!

Of the three on your list I have used the PPCL and can say it works great for what you want to use it for...

I have only used PPCL and it does a great job. it strips the wax and leaves a nice finnish.

Klasse AIO, stupid simple to use, a little goes a long way, and I think most things work with it well.

Hijacking my own thread here. Can you top Duragloss 105 with Collinite 915 or 845?

Or can you top one of the Collinites with a pure carnauba such as P21S or Signature Series II?

Wh not use something like Meguiars M09.

As stated before, this is assuming that all swirls and scratches have been removed. I only want to clean the paint and remove any old wax to prep it for a new coat. I don't need the abrasives in M09.

Im suprised nobody mentioned dg501. One of the best, i think, chemical cleaners out there. I use it on every white car that I work on. It cleans paint extremely well and leaves behind an extremely durable sealant. Its also cheap to boot!
