Looking for a Shampoo For foam Cannon? Help?

Alright everyone, Good news, I called Chemical guys...
Here are some good news, And some "Less" Good.

Citrus wash & Gloss is TOOO DAMMM Foamy, it's so thick that it will strip even with 1 or 2 cap fulls to a foam gun!

On the other hand, Glossworkz is the Ideal wash, even for a daily wash... They said "Use glossworkz Daily, use wash&gloss once a month "

Very good call I would assume... =)

I use CW&G on tires/wheels/wells. It leaves a nice shine on chrome.

I think your wrong, Citrus wash & Gloss won't strip anything.
the stripping is "Citrus red"....
I actually called Chemical guys and they told me that:
Citrus wash & gloss AND glossworkz shampoo Does not stip...

Are you 100% sure ?

I definetly use citrus wash and gloss to strip my lsp's.... put about 4-5 oz in a full mtm foam cannon bottle and wash your car... let me know how much beading you have after that wash... lol none when I do it...

The people who pick up the phone for Chem guys are notoriously stupid about Chem Guys products.

I ONLY use Citrus Wash N Gloss to strip lsp. 1 oz to 1 gallon for stripping.

You can use 1 oz to 5 gallons for normal washing, but I use different soaps for maintenance washing.

I've had very little luck with CG customer service. I will not buy any more of their products because of it. I should have saved one of the customer service emails they sent me. Absolutely pathetic.:bash:

notoriously stupid was the nicest way I could put it lol!

LOL Yeah, I tried to like CG. I was actually hyped up about them when they came to AG with the cool names and flashy descriptions, and I bough one of their wash soaps/glass cleaner and inner clean. They prodeucts themselves seem pretty good although why they would put yellow coloring in the Inner clean that goes on your cars interior surfaces is gimmicky and beyond me. I switched to Sonus Cockpit. Too bad becasue IC does not streak and actualy works better.

And, after serval very very unsatifactory customer service experiences, I have made the decision not to throw any more money their way in the form of buying products. Sad, but I think that is going to have to be the way it is for me.:nomore:

Well, I guess you're right lol... That's so weird though...

I will be using Glosswokz for my Daily wash ( and my Customers cars too )...

I think it's a good shampoo, Cleaner + Shine + Foam action, Don't You think ?

What would U use for a Cleaner shampoo with Gloss that could be used to get a really good foam with a foam cannon ? ?? ??

CG will be at DF so there will be a lot of opportunity to chat with them.

Honeydew/mr pink love the smell of both foam great and work well for me on weekly washes. Citrus wash and gloss for stripping

Yeah this pretty much nails it. I only use cw&g if I want to strip wax or sealant. I'd definitely use honeydew or mr pink as maintenance washes. I don't trust cw&g even diluted a lot as a maintenance wash.
