Hey folks! Found y'all from searhing round the interwebs. Decided you're too fancy for what I need doing, but thought you could direct me to a detailer in my area.

Great New Orleans or Metairie is whats convenient, but will travel slightly farther if needed. Mobile person who will come to me works too!

New (to me) 2004 Stratosphere blue Toyota Tundra crew cab. In good shape, just want to make her pretty. Some small surface scratches and swirls. Will also need headlamp covers buffed out as they are hazed over.

Thanks bunches!

I'm located in Lafayette which is about 2-2 1/2 hours away from you. I am mobile just not sure about driving that distance with the trailer an gas being so expensive. I know there's a few other members here that are closer to you just not sure if there mobile detailers. Sure someone else could chime in an help.

Thanks LSUFAN (from a Bama girl!)
I do get out that way now and again. I'll keep you in mind if I don't don't find anyone else closer.

Re: Looking for detailer - NOLA

ooo Bama hu. Thanks for keeping comments about last year to yourself much appreciated. lol!!!

Re: Looking for detailer - NOLA

I moved this to the off topics forum group because it gets a lot more traffic than the intro forum group.

Be sure to check it often and even bump it so it goes to the top of the forum homepage recent threads.

Everyone navigates a discussion forum differently for example some people click on the "New Posts" button at the top of every page.

I NEVER click that button but instead simply click to the forum homepage and scan the recent threads there...

I also changed the title to be more descriptive, I had know idea what NOLA is or where it's at but I do have a frame of reference when I read the words, New Orleans...

:)

Wow still no help I was sure someone closer to you would have replied to you by now

By the way hope your safe an ready for the hurricane.

I'm on the city's Emergency Op Center team... I'm at city hall riding it out... 55 mph sustained. Ain't nothin but a little wind and a little rain.

Yeah trust me I know all about hurricanes. Lived in FL for almost 20 yrs an been throw plenty, not really worried about this one in Lafayette. Have everything secure plenty of water gas an my generator gets used everyday for detailing. So don't have to worry about losing electricity. Stay safe an if no one gets back to you about the detail maybe we can work something put. If you have water an electricity that I could use it would def be a possibility. But hopefully we can find someone for you.
Stay safe

Florida eh? Me too, Tampa. '87 to 2004.
I may make a road trip to cabelas some time... Maybe we meet up. Otherwise if you ever get out this way for something, combine the trip and let me know!

I see Brandon does great work but this is a Tundra not a Ferrari... Thanks tho!! Still looking for someone!
