Looking for good Value Paint Sealant..

I've heard this a lot of times on this forum but I must honestly say I've not seen any posted pictures of the before and after results and that has kept me from ever trying it.

So I'm just asking for someone who has used it to post up some before and after shots.

How about I send you a sample, and you can do a test showing Poxy next to nothing (bare paint) next to 4*? I'm to insecure about my abilities to post pictures, but I'm not insecure about going to the UPS store.

Last Question.. With todays sealant technologies is PolyCharger even necesary anymore?? Or buying a Sealant with Polycharger in it?

Like another member said earlier. Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection is the best Sealant you can get your hands on. It is the shiniest and provides excellent protection and gloss!

Way way back UPP was the slickest, shiniest, easiest to apply and remove product I had used. Didnt last very long though.

I just applied Duragloss 111/601. It's cheap. It lasts a long time. It's easy to apply/remove. The gloss is insane. Two thumbs up! Mix the two products in a 4:1 ratio, apply, and after 30 minutes buff it off. I can't even believe this shine is possible without using a machine.

I mixed up 100g (80g 111/20g 601). I only used about half of it for a Toyota Tacoma (~50g).

Meguires Ultimate Liquid Wax might be more cost effective. It's also a nice product for that price range.

Adding #601 to any of their products makes it that much better for sure! I've been a DG fan since joining AG 5 years ago, how time flies!!

So how does PL compare to FK1000p with regards to self cleaning and durability??

I'm surprised Collinite 845 hasn't been mentioned yet. Inexpensive, a little goes a LONG way. Longevity approaches (surpasses?) that of some sealers in some conditions. Incredible water beading (if you're a fan of that). It looks great. An all around great product that just might fit the bill. I've often seen it described as a wax/sealer "hybrid". Some even call it a sealant, although it's carnauba based (but... Does that mean it's not a sealant?). I don't want to debate that in this thread. Ha I don't even have an opinion. I just know it works! Just thought it might be another great product the OP might consider.

I got powerlock for $16.80 ($24.00 30% off and f/s) last November.

If money isn't an object, WGDGPS 3.0

Value for money nothing touches FK1000P.

Above is talking pure sealants only. If talking any form of protection Collinite is a winner.
