I take care of many cars and many times I need to check the stop lamps. I know there is a bar the you put betwen the brake pedal and the steering wheel to keep the stop light on. Where can I get this tool ? How is it called?

The brake pedal only has to move a short distance to activate the lights. I use a heavy case that holds my car jack. Heavy enough to push on the pedal and large enough to stay in place so it won't fall off. And I already have it so I didn't have to buy a rarely used specialty tool

Brake depressor it is used for Wheel Alignment.

I am sure any professional tool truck(Snap-on, Mac, Matco) or Hunter Engineering dealer

You can also take a stick and put it between your seat and the brake pedal and move the seat foward.

I would suggest a brick or piece of timber ,with smooth, rounded edges obviously...
Personally I use a cut down broomstick.

Another good option is use of a mirror. This allows you to check reverse, brake, tails, etc all without leaving your seat!
This may or may not be possible, depending on your location, etc

As mentioned I wouldn't pay money for something easily done for free.
