It works but you have 2 Medium-cut polishes in there. Consider this sequence as it hits Heavy, Medium and Light categories.
IS1500 to PF2500 to SF4500
The three you mention will handle anything you can throw at them.
Here's a handy chart that might help understanding the grades of Menzerna products.

Tho not a polish, add a bottle of Power Lock Sealant to your list. You won't be disapointed.
Isn't IS and PF basically the same? It says PF cuts just a little less than IS.
1500 and 4000 is the best combo menzerna offers to remove average to moderate swirl marks and finish with show car quality.
All the other product are more specific to certain requirements. your gonna get the best bang for buck performance on a WIDE range of paint defects and systems with the 1500 and 4000.
as for the Question about Powergloss. Its a finicky compound that is really harsh. I would rather use Meg's Ultimate compound or 105. They both leave a significantly better finish and can finish up with just 1 polishing step. Power Gloss is so harsh that on most paints you will need an intermediate step to finish the heavy marring that powergloss will leave behind. So I avoid that product. 3 step paint correction is something that is really not needed with todays offerings in compounds, like Megs 105 or UC.
I can't stand 105..
