Looking to buy a gallon of a new spray wax ...

D150 is a pita to remove ... Takes forever to flash/haze and is finicky in all temps... D156 has been a treat to use as a drying aid and as a sort wax (final touch streak free type product)
D156 it is

I'm a DGAW user and like it alot. If the Megs product is good enough and cheaper why change? Same reason why I go back to DGAW, it's cheaper than the other stuff I like and when on BOGO I get enough to last a long time. I only do 4 cars a week, just personal stuff.
How are you using it? As a drying aid on a wet car or after your done drying the car? I've heard of it being used either way but which gives the best results.

I got a new 2011 ford ranger assigned to me for work and I finally got around to washing it for.the first time a month ago. I applied a quick layer of OCW even though I should have clayed or at least done a cleaner wax but my paint looks great and is still beading water even though it hasn't been washed since.

If you actually want a carnauba wax then Optimum is the way to go in my opinion. If you want synthetic (sealant) then Dura Gloss Aquawax is pretty hard to beat. Both leave a flawless finish and are so easy to use it's sinful. Very little product is required with either one, a super fine mist works best.

if d156 = UQW, does it also have that addictive fruity smell? that smell alone will keep me going back. DPWG rinseless wash + UQW = olfactory heaven.

does DGAW or OCW have a fruity smell?

A little different scent. UQW smells fruity/tropical, D156 smells like fresh orange peels. Both smell very good. If UQW is a 10, then D156 is a 9 based on scent.

Otherwise; they are the same according to Michael Stoops.
